If the main contract doesn't fullfill, all funds are returned. No cost? Ethereum Only.

I am continuing to try to bootstrap/kickstart it.

Think about a smart contract that can accept funds for up to a year and if the contract isn't run to execute, all funds are returned to originator(s). No Fee(s) Incurred.

What could people do? CANGRO!

A Canadian <rooted>, not-for-profit foundation dedicated to ELIMINATING!!! homelessness, poverty and food insecurity. Help 'em build.

It could start when registered members are greater than or equal to ...., say (pick a number)?, ok! 5 million members. In Canada, that's one in eight people as a member. They all pay $1/year for membership. This gets them a security fob for unlimited, anywhere use until the contract is expired. Panic button, help, assistance, unlocking, etc, including any of the stores, warehouses, kiosks and tech support/customer service, into perpetuity.
Of course, 24/7/365.25 protection, no penalties for false alarms. Better to confirm. No, we don't want to lock you up.

Ask them if you can check it out. If they say okay, keep it limited. They probably DON'T want to just shoot you.

They can buy whatever they want, just by using self checkout, or if they have other needs, a teller, customer service representative, labourer, janitor, etc.

Delivery Point

Hire them. House Them. Provide Groceries. Jobs. Health Care. All that and more.

CANGRO would have grocery carry out, paper bagging (included - return to recycle). It would support living wages indexed to inflation and would maintain a clean set of, Male, Female, Transgender and a Group, ..., washrooms. Also, for anyone that needs it, a shower stall cleaned between each use.:: ONE GROUP AT A TIME, cleaning in-between. A Family is a GROUP. CODE ADAM?

You would be able to order online and pickup, just like anywhere else, nowadays. 24/365.25 access, secured. By third party, yeah?

Warehouses would be located where possible, initially, and then planned to reduce pollution and travel distances.

Perhaps delivery could be integrated as well., for now shipping would be on hold, depending on what gets consolidated and how distribution delivery points are operated. Basically heightened security, ..., it's called a Delivery Point and it has security and delivery and lockers. You could make them Trucker Points, or EV Charging points, or all combined. Whatever you want!

Absolutely, did you hear about the guys that drove trucks through everthing, even an ATM in Daysland? Caught 'em with a helicopter.

Gross intake would be kept at a minimum, except when growing the distribution system is required. The sooner it's paid, the sooner it's cheaper again.

Everything Cleaned. 24/7/365.25

The system would have to start some how. The foundation would need a certain amount of buildings spread across the country. Yes, I don't yet have the answers for separated communities, but I do live in one.

First you crowd fund with the aforementioned smart contract. You have people to develop the system from the proceeds of the smart contract. You have a person or persons who are appointed to lead, direct and verify that work is done. The smart contract should allow to pay these people as talent. The person or persons who have signing authority should both a) be members and b) have no vested interest, save for myself who should get a nominal finders fee, of exactly $42000 Canadian, as originator. I can commit to 10% Charity. Thank you. Payable First Out Of All Credit/Debit Payments, Payment Guaranteed. && For all copycats I'm on disability, so that would make me wealthier than I can imagine, but yo, I got bills. Yeah, I'd still attend group and would still need the travel reimbursement.

Use as much money from membership pool to help kickstart it.

My only role would be to break voting ties until a replacement can be found, so I also would have a piece of the key (temporarily). A secure method of transference would need to be devised.

You use smart contracts and set up a district manager for each province/territory and a regional manager for whereever you have stores in a nameplace.

You use smart contracts for acquisition of goods and disbursements. Yeah payroll and shipments are disbursements. Do what you can, until it 'peters' out?

You try to hire the disadvantaged and help them get set up where you need them and where is advantageous for them. You hire the disabled, the indigent and anyone else below the poverty line as much as possible. You pay them fairly well and index it to inflation.

You keep your margin @ 1% unless building more locations/services.

You provide all the services, features and benefits members want and vote for.

Your locals don't want deli? No problem. What would you like?

Your locals want fillable containers? No problem, would you like a customer service rep?

How about online gaming section, carpentry, or auto mechanics, car wash bay, auto repair? Tire changes? All included.

There's more:

You could possibly set up a tool borrowing service, whether for auto/motorcycles, or e-bikes, etc? There could be a possibility to get things like radon testing done. Use specific technology, etc.

Investment

There would be trusted, chosen members, from a pool of those that are willing to do the tasks necessary. Each would have a piece of the main key.

So only this set of people can reduce funds, and only if they agree, otherwise the contract returns the money after 1 year.

In addition you would have keys for delivery of goods contracts, payroll contracts, etc.

After initialization, control turns to total membership, regional membership and local users.

You would probably be able to reinstate a new set of contracts, should there be changes. My actual experience with smart contracts is low so far.

So 5 million people X $100 CAD === 0.5 Billion Dollars.

You would need locations in every major city and several of them, just like Loblaws, Safeway, Co-op, etc.

The system could consume local locations in a round-robin fashion and then grow as necessary to adapt to population and concentration.

All users should have equity. In Canada, it should service coast to coast to coast.

You could pay 2:1 or 3:1 (like, 2-3 hundred bucks, you could place a limit on amount, if you wanted) on the amount invested out of the profits from the 1% margin. After the dividends are completely paid, profits beyond new construction and costs goes to charity.

How MUCH? 100%. Everything should already be paid. This is what the chains are already doing. "The Foundation" would then use those funds as already described ::: Eliminating homelessness, poverty and food insecurity.

Dividends would only be paid out until start up costs + return < 2-300%?

Make A Pledge

Users should be able to be signed up for notification of status: Yearly    Monthly    Weekly    Daily.

There are many benefits to doing something like this.

Share and share alike. Privacy. Security. Transportation. Delivery. Maintenance. Accessiblity. Equity. Needs provision.

Absolutely! Transportation, Health Care, Dentistry, Veterinarian Care, Chiropractic?

It's job creation. It's increasing competition in the grocery space. It's providing what people need. It's helping others. It's lowering prices.

Anyone in any country/locale/nameplace could participate. It could be... ::: WORLDWIDE!

Startup costs..., need like 3450 members...:: Yes, I guess I'll have to keep track from now on. Documentation.

Offer payday loans at repayment = (Customer+INVESTMENT_IN_CANGRO_SHARES) rate.

The license fee for a payday loan service is $1000CAD for Alberta. Other provinces/territories may vary. I think 8$ MAX on a Hundred is FAIR, ..., AND..., +INVESTMENT_IN_CANGRO_SHARES is EQUITABLE!!!.
